At L4D2Fenix we believe in fair and transparent play. We are not a company; we are a community. Here we explain what data we store when you play with us.

1. What information do we store?

We only collect what is necessary to manage the servers:

• Your SteamID: To identify your account, save your statistics (points, ranking), and manage ranks (VIP/Admin).
• IP Address: Automatically logged in the server console for security reasons (to prevent DDoS attacks or ban cheaters).
• Chat Logs: Everything written inside the server is logged to review toxicity or abuse reports.

2. Do we use Cookies?

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our website only uses technical local storage (localStorage) or session cookies to remember basic preferences (such as your chosen language), but never to spy on you.

3. Do we share your data?

Never. We do not sell or share data with third parties. Your information stays in the L4D2Fenix database and is only used so you can play.

4. Transparency

L4D2Fenix is a non-profit project. We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation. If you wish to have your statistics or chat history deleted from our database, you can request it by contacting an administrator.
